the blood ceiling - Koyto

THE BLOOD CEILING  The blood-stained floorboards were ripped up and distributed to temples across Kyoto. It was hoped that the sight of such horror would help people

Bleed what you murder
Stream drains deep beneath floorboards
Smooth undertaking

    • I am not certain what possessed me but if you look closely at the floorboards as a ceiling you will see a small footprint in blood. It is the influence of E.A. Poe. He haunts my mind. I wish I could offer more of the story. At present, I am not certain about the murder. I will see if I can find out anything else and let you know.

      Thanks for your comment.

I will be checking out your blog soon. Have been having sight problems. Need laser surgery. Having it sometime soon. See surgeon beginning of March to schedule the surgery. Wish me luck.

    • Isn’t milkweed fascinating. I’ve been curious about since a kid. I thought the white juices were actually milk. Too bitter. Let go of that idea quickly. It has the best seed carrier.

Thank you so much for your comment. I must have been transformed when those ideas came out of my mind, esp. the first one. Did you see the tiny footprint on the ceiling floorboard? I think I have POE Tendencies under the surface. 😉

      • Yes you do have POE Talents I believe — I did see those footprints–spooky 🙂 I too was fascinated by the milk as a child–can’t say I tasted it –a lot of dissection to see it though– the pods too were great to crack open.
