  2. I don’t think it was a particularly good book. I only really remember the word “surps”. I much better idea would be to find and read (if you haven’t done) “Jennifer Government”. Very black humour and a wickedly funny dystopian concept. Yet only an inch or two away today’s world.

It seems there making a film,

    • Definitely a film I will watch out for. It is my kind of story. Would wait to read after film released & watched. Like the film first in these circumstances. The concept is scary but brilliant. Read Orwell’s 1984 & Animal Farm & Huxley’s Brave New World. Find this genre fascinating but too close to reality. Didn’t find out much on IMdB. Don’t have IMdB-PRO, so no details. Would love to know director & screenwriter & who’s playing the lead(s). If you hear anything further let me know. I did get Tepper’s book “Fish Tails.” Want to read after book Shawn gave me for birthday. A novel with a lesbian detective with others in the series, I use to read when I first got together with Shawn. Memories. 🙂

        • Will give it a check see on Saturday. I don’t even know what day it is. I have been writing film reviews and writing challenges all day and into the night. With a break in between to watch a film with Shawn. It was brilliant. “Kingsman – the Secret Service” with Colin Firth, Michael Caine and many more familiar actors. Absolutely brilliant. Combination of Tarantino’s Kill Bill 2 and 007 James Bond. It is taken from a Graphic Novel, Shawn told me. Extremelt violent, but comic book violence and bloodshed. Loved every moment of it. Was told by someone they didn’t feel it was a very good film. I must not listen when someone says that about a film I had been dying to see but became unduly influenced. Now I know why I am so sensitive when I write a film review. I want the viewer to make the decision as to whether they want to choose to watch a film or not.

Need sleep once again but didn’t want to leave comments until tomorrow. Will check out links tomorrow. Night now. jk ❤
