Quotations on the Ripple Effect:

“Live the full life of the mind, exhilarated by new ideas, intoxicated by the romance of the unusual.” — Ernest Hemingway

“Remember there’s no such thing as a small act of kindness. Every act creates a ripple effect with no logical end.” ― Scott Adams

“When we focus our energy toward constructing a passionate, meaningful life, we are tossing a pebble into the world, creating a beautiful ripple effect of inspiration. When one person follows a dream, tries something new or takes a daring leap, everyone nearby feels that energy, and before too long they are making their own daring leaps and inspiring yet another circle.” — unknown

“Rhiannon’s Law #28: If you’re going to fuck up, be sure to fuck up good and proper. Nothing makes failure acceptable, so you might as well make your misery count.” ― J.A. Saare

“It is from numberless diverse acts of courage and belief that human history is shaped. Each time a man stands up for an ideal, or acts to improve the lot of others, or strikes out against injustice, he sends forth a tiny ripple of hope.” — Robert F. Kennedy

“What you say, what you don’t say; what you do, what you don’t do; causes a Ripple Effect. The Question is, “How big of a Ripple will you make?” and “What kind of Ripple Effect will you make?”
—The Ripple Effect

“You don’t have to know a lot of things for your life to make a lasting difference in the world. But you do have to know the few great things that matter, and then be willing to live for them and die for them. The people that make a durable difference in the world are not the people who have mastered many things, but who have been mastered by a few great things. If you want your life to count, if you want the ripple effect of the pebbles you drop to become waves that reach the ends of the earth and roll on for centuries and into eternity… You have to know a few great, majestic, unchanging, obvious, simple, glorious things, and be set on fire by them.” — John Piper

“Have you ever tossed a pebble into a lake when the water was completely calm? Although the pebble is small, the effect is large. From that tiny “plop”, ripples begin to spread out in all directions. And it never ceases to amaze me just how far they can extend. A tiny pebble, no bigger than a thumbnail, can affect an area thousands of times its size.” — The Ripple Effect

    • It is true. It does not make one crazy. What do we think thinking comes from? I like to believe. I use to think all night. Have insomnia. Now I take a combo of herbal & scripts in a cocktail that do no knock me out until I want sleep. But some times i push the awakeness too far. I am so happy that you enjoy my posts. It is such a good thing that we have met & are getting know each other. You are so wise. 😎 jk jennifer
